We’ve been creating business and marketing leaders who feel confident and empowered when it comes to commissioning and using market research for plenty of years.

About us.

We’re not a market research agency.

It’s not the doing of the research that we focus on for our clients. Rather, we set our clients up for success by establishing a market research function for them. We help clients:

  • Determine what research they should do, and why they are doing it in the first place (what knowledge gaps exist, and what information will enable them to achieve their goals);

  • How they go about doing the research (what solutions are possible, which research agencies are best suited to their needs, and briefing and managing competitive research tenders – we love working with procurement departments!); and

  • What they do with it when it’s done (distilling insights from multiple research reports and sources, and getting them excited about it. Yes, really.).

Why we are different.

Modernism was an early 20th-century movement characterized by an emphasis on abstract thinking, functionality, and stark, simple forms.

These three principles underpin the work the Modern Insights Co. does for clients.  More than that, they encapsulate our beliefs about how we empower our clients to get the knowledge they need to be successful.

Paul Croci – Founder & Director Modern Insights Co.

Paul has led the Consumer Insights functions for global brands including Samsung and Beiersdorf (NIVEA and Elastoplast), across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia.  His career began agency-side at Roy Morgan Research in Sydney and has taken him around the world. He’s now based in Perth, the most convenient time-zone to service clients in Australia, Asia and Europe.

Paul is passionate about helping organisations make the most out of their research investment, to confidently navigate the sea of research and data and unearth powerful insights to achieve their business goals.  And he’s darn good at it, too!
